Sessions are scheduled in advance and delivered via secure video conferencing platforms. Services are delivered remotely and are considered fulfilled at the time of completion of the scheduled session.

Services are delivered digitally and are considered fulfilled at the time of completion of the scheduled session.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they attend sessions at the agreed upon time.
Clients may purchase individual sessions or pre-paid service packages.
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a completed service and may not be eligible for refund.
Pre-paid service packages are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided no services within the package have been delivered.
Once a session has been completed, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
